Rev. Dr. Raul Sanchez

Lead Pastor

Pastor Raul has effectively served multilingual, multicultural communities in his thirty-one years of pastoral ministry resiliently in communities both in Southern and Northern California. He holds multiple graduate degrees in Theology, and Pastoral Care and Counseling. He teaches and preaches with his audience at heart. He seeks to empower other leaders and worshippers to serve their families and communities around them. He holds fast to biblical truth, spirit empowerment, mission focus and fidelity to the mission and vision of Abundant Life Christian Church. He has been married for 30 years, has two sons: Josh–and his wife Cali and granddaughter Carter, and his younger son Nathan. He enjoys coming along people to see them through their spiritual journey and have them flourished.

Rev. Martha Sanchez

Executive Pastor

Rev. Martha Sanchez graduated from the Latin American Bible Institute in La Puente, CA. In 1989 she earned a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Vanguard University. She married Dr. Raul Sanchez in August 5th of 1989; he is currently the Assistant Superintendent of the Central  Pacific Ministry Network of the Assemblies of God.  She has held ministerial credentials with the Assemblies of God since 1989. She received her ordination in 2001.  She has served in the ministry along with her husband since 1989 as youth pastor, and lead pastor.  She is currently serving as the Area Pastor of the East Bay Section since 2011.  Her passion is serving God with all her heart, loving and supporting her husband and being a godly mother to her two sons, Joshua and Nathan.

Rev. Emmanuel De La Torre

Media and Evangelist

Emmanuel began ministry at the age of sixteen. For many years he served as a youth and worship pastor before transitioning to a role as an evangelist. Currently, Emmanuel serves as Missions Director for the East Bay Section and is active in several committees as a representative of young people within the church. Emmanuel is also a Central Pacific Ministry Network missionary associate, with his work consisting of short term domestic trips.
